A commission now in a collector’s home. It was based on Confetti Sunrise, one of my paintings I did for art show in Granbury It was warm based and they need a cooler version. Bridge Garden

This foot bridge is located at the Chandor Gardens in Weatherford, Texas. I embellished the garden flowers with exaggerated brush strokes. I used the palette knife, but the majority of it was painted with a brush one block at a time. I love the fun result.

Summer Treats

I created this from a still life set up in my garden. My garden flowers just keep giving me more ideas to paint. Using acrylic paint, this has layers of color applied with both the palette knife and brushes.I finished it up by eating the sweet peaches.
