Clear Blue 8x10 oil on canvas

I think I must dream in blues, because I sure to love them. The Texas blue bonnets cover the fields in a blanket of blues. 

I am headed to Fredericksburg in the hill country of Texas.

The Good Art Company is hosting a paint out and show this weekend.

I'm looking forward to it and can't wait to get out and paint.

Cold Front Blue In 20x20 oil on canvas

This was inspired from my morning journey to work.  The landscape and distant clouds were a great combination.  I could feel the temperature dropping. You can see the texture created with a palette knife and lots of colorful paint.
