Fluffy and Puffy

I spotted this scene on a road trip across Texas. I should name it “Somewhere in Texas”, because I’m not sure where it is. I was drawn to the delicate color of the early morning clouds. Soft like a cotton ball, created with an impasto strokes applied in layers.
